Ruby Julianti is a certified 200 Hrs Yin Yoga teacher from Yin Yoga World RYS.

She was drawn to yoga since 2014 to help her to stay healthy and balanced.

During the pandemic, she found her interest in Yin Yoga and fell in love with it. She then deepened her practice in Yin Yoga. The mindfulness practice of Yin Yoga helps her personal journey to reconnect with her innerself and to embrace every moment.

She is passionate to share the benefit of Yin Yoga that she experienced to others.
