Before I became a yoga teacher, I was already interested in yoga and started attending various classes in 2015. After practicing for about two years, my passion for yoga grew, especially as I realized its potential to help people improve their health and find peace of mind. My teacher, at the studio where I practiced weekly, recognized my dedication and encouraged me to pursue teacher training.
I completed my 200-hour YTT in 2021, specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga Yoga. The training followed Yoga Alliance standards and included studies in Teaching Techniques, Anatomy, Meditation, Pranayama, and hands-on adjustment techniques. In 2020, I trained in Nirvikalpa Yoga for Seniors, focusing on adapting yoga for older practitioners. I later expanded my expertise with Level 1 Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 and Yoga Wheel Teacher Training in the same year, both accredited by Yoga Alliance.
During my classes, I encourage students to practice asanas according to their own body’s abilities and not be driven by ego—because yoga is not a competition. Each movement brings unique benefits to the body, and I teach yoga from the heart.
Namaste.
